Who's behind
the 'Steer'?

TPEX focusses on the design, implementation and management of high-end smart building infrastructures. Their portfolio include companies like NSI, Edge and IWG and spreads over 182 buildings. TPEX was founded in 2010 and is based in Amsterdam.

D&B delivers high end facility services to high end corporates and real estate, with ‘hospitality’ as the common demoninator. Services include Catering, Hospitality, Security, Cleaning and Facility Management. D&B relies on an in-house staff of 1.000 facility professionals.

Clients include Samsung, TomTom and World Trade Center. D&B was founded in 1993 and is based in Amstelveen.
